I am officially on the ballot for Culpeper Town Council in the November 2nd election! Thank you to everyone who signed my petition and to those who helped collect signatures for me as well.

So far the feedback has been positive, with many people showing and verbalizing their support. Of course there has been constructive feedback regarding existing town policies and desired changes. While I may not be able to immediately respond to all questions and comments, my commitment to the community is to take all feedback under consideration. Not just during my campaign, but, if elected, during my time on town council as well. I believe this role does not report to individual people, businesses or parties. Instead, it serves the community as a whole.

Now, the ground game begins! My goal is to visit all communities in town between now and the end of September. I also look forward to speaking with groups and organizations.
